In my work as a therapist, I often hear “I feel stuck”, “I don’t feel like I can move forward”, “I keep replaying their death in my head”. To a certain extent, these feelings are normal. However, when you find yourself still feeling these emotions even years after your loved one’s death, it may be time for therapy that goes deeper. Whether you’ve been in traditional therapy in the past or are currently in therapy, Brainspotting can be a beautiful addition to support healing. I can work alongside you, creating a calm, supportive space where you can explore what you’re feeling without pressure or judgement. The process is gentle and collaborative.
Grief lives not only in our thoughts but also in our bodies. Brainspotting can be especially helpful during grief because it gives you space to process emotions that may feel too heavy, confusing, or overwhelming to put into words.
