What issues do you help with?

I work with people who are grieving the loss of someone or something deeply meaningful to them. Loss can feel isolating, overwhelming, and unlike anything you’ve experienced before. In our work together, I offer a compassionate, steady space where your grief is welcomed—not rushed or minimized. We’ll move at your pace, honoring your relationship, your story, and finding ways to carry your loss while slowly reconnecting with life and what still matters to you.

Who do you work with?

I work with children, teens, and adults who are grieving, and I approach each person with care for where they are in life and how their loss is showing up for them. Grief looks different at every age, and I aim to meet each client in a way that feels safe, supportive, and respectful of their pace, helping them feel less alone as they navigate their loss. I recommend a 15-minute consultation call to determine if we are a good fit for each other.

What does therapy with you look like?

Grief therapy with me is a compassionate, collaborative process. I offer a steady, non-judgmental space where your grief is welcomed exactly as it is—whether that means talking, sitting with difficult emotions, or gently finding ways to move forward while honoring your loss. We move at your pace, focusing on what feels most supportive and meaningful to you.

How long are sessions and how often do we meet?

My typical session length is 60-minutes. I also offer 90-minute sessions which can be helpful for those who need to meet less often. I recommend weekly for at least 3 months, and then we can re-evaluate as needed.

Do you offer in-person or telehealth sessions?

I currently offer therapy exclusively via secure telehealth. Many clients find this allows for greater flexibility, comfort, and accessibility, while still providing meaningful, connected support from the privacy of their own space.

Do you accept insurance?

I do not accept insurance at this time and operate as a private-pay practice. This allows me to focus fully on your care without the limitations or requirements often imposed by insurance companies. I’m happy to provide a superbill upon request if you’d like to seek out-of-network reimbursement from your insurer.

What is your fee?

My standard fee for a 60-minute session is $200 and a 90-minute session is $300. My intensives are offered as a package rate rather than a session fee.

Do you offer-sliding scale or reduced fees?

I understand that therapy is an investment, and finances can be a real concern. I offer a limited number of reduced-fee (sliding scale) spots based on availability for clients who need additional financial flexibility. These spots are offered thoughtfully and may be reviewed over time to ensure they remain accessible to those who need them most. If cost is a concern, you’re welcome to ask about current availability during our consultation, and we can talk through options together or explore referrals if a reduced-fee spot isn’t available.

What is your cancellation policy?

I request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If I do not hear from you by 11:59pm on the day of your scheduled appointment, I will charge a $100 “ghosting” fee. I encourage open communication—if you need to pause or discontinue therapy, please reach out so we can close your case thoughtfully and safely.
