Brainspotting ·CANCER · GRIEF & Loss ·

Brainspotting

Brainspotting is a trauma-informed, brain-based therapy that helps access and process deeply held emotional and somatic experiences. We gently support the nervous system in releasing what feels stuck—often leading to greater clarity, regulation, and emotional relief.

Cancer

Receiving a cancer diagnosis can shift life overnight—bringing uncertainty, fear, grief, and changes to your sense of identity, relationships, and daily routines. I offer a supportive space to talk openly about the emotional impact of cancer, whether you are newly diagnosed, in treatment, adjusting after treatment, or supporting a loved one. Together, we make room for the hard moments while strengthening coping, connection, and a sense of steadiness through change. You don’t have to navigate this alone.

Grief & Loss

Grief and loss therapy offers a supportive space to process the many emotions that come with loss, whether from death, illness, or life changes. Together, we honor your unique grief experience while gently building meaning and resilience.

SUPPORT GROUPS

Suicide Loss

The Parent Loss Circle

Losing a child changes everything. This support group offers a gentle, understanding space for parents and caregivers to share their stories, honor their child’s memory, and connect with others who truly understand this kind of loss. Together, we make room for grief in all its forms—sadness, anger, love, longing, and everything in between—while finding steadiness and support along the way. You do not have to carry this alone.

Suicide loss often brings complicated emotions that can be difficult to share with others. This support group offers a respectful and understanding environment where survivors can speak freely, feel less alone, and find support from others walking a similar path.

Grieving a parent can feel lonely and overwhelming. This group offers a safe place to share your story, connect with others who understand, and receive support through the grieving process.

To register for a group, please call or text 425-200-4366 or email annaci@kindwaterscounseling.com

Support groups offer a unique kind of healing that comes from being with others who truly understand. In a supportive group setting, you don’t have to explain or justify what you’re going through—your experience is recognized and respected. Sharing space with others who are facing similar challenges can reduce isolation, ease feelings of shame, and bring a powerful sense of connection and belonging.
